Archivum is a personal manuscript-reading workspace. You may use it to upload, view, annotate, and organize PDF documents for your own research and study.
PDF files you upload are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB. They are not transmitted to any server. Your account credentials (email and hashed password) are stored in a MongoDB database for authentication purposes only.
Notes, annotations, and table-of-contents entries are stored locally and may be synced to a cloud database in a future update. You retain full ownership of all content you create.
You agree not to use Archivum to store, share, or distribute copyrighted material without authorization, or to upload malicious content. You are responsible for the documents you upload.
Archivum is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The authors are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damages arising from use of the software.
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
